Helping People Reflect, Plan and Connect for Life's Final Chapter
Our Story, purpose and mission
Making End-of-Life Conversations Easier for Everyone
The HELP Survey is part of the Healthy End of Life Program (HELP) - an initiative created to support individuals and families in understanding death literacy and making end-of-life planning easier, clearer and more approachable.
Talking about life's final chapter can be hard - but we're here to make it easier, together. Our platform guides users through reflective questions, helping them understand their knowledge, feelings and preparedness when it comes to life’s final chapter.
We aim to create a world where people of all ages can openly discuss end-of-life topics, plan ahead and feel empowered to support themselves and their loved ones.
Our approach to building awareness and confidence around end-of-life conversations
How the HELP Survey Empowers People to Reflect, Plan and Connect
Reflection Through Guided Questions
We use thoughtfully designed survey questions to help users explore their current knowledge, feelings, and experiences around death and dying — gently guiding them to reflect without pressure.
Personalized Insights for Future Planning
Once users complete the survey, they receive personalized feedback and suggestions to help them take meaningful steps — whether that's having important family conversations, seeking resources, or simply becoming more prepared.
Making Conversations Around Death More Human
Our platform is built to encourage compassion, understanding, and connection between all generations — making it easier to talk about life’s most difficult topics in a safe, supportive way.
